Visit to Petrosains

Wahhh seronok sangat the kiddos dapat pergi Petrosains on Sunday.  Senang sangat nak please anak-anak ni hemmm.  I memang jarang sangat bawa anak jalan- jalan sebab selalu weekend jaga mak, you know how my Mom is currently bedridden, so yehhh I spend time at home, mostly.

Why Petrosains, sebab pada Jumaat yang indah, saya telah lalu di tepi Petrosains semasa waktu makan tengahari hahaha.  Lalu timbullah idea nak bawak anak- anak pegi sana.  Seriously don't know what to expect because I've never been there myself hahaha.

Tak jauh dari rumah we all... Seberang ofis I je pun... Petrosains is located at Level 4, KLCC guys.  Naik je bubble lift tu, keluar je terus nampak dah Petrosains.

Check out the opening time and ticket price details here .  Masa kami pergi tu dapat juga discount sebab staff diorang excited tengok twins, so kita dapat offer package 2 x 1 adult + 1 kid. Sorang lagi anak kira free.  I buat- buat tanya, ohhh 3 years old kena bayar ye?  I ingat free.  Of course le jawapan nye tak free, kena bayar kak hehehee.

Konon nak gerak pagi- pagi tapi ended up my Mr B ada keje pagi tu so kita gerak dah tengahari... dengan perut lapar belum lunch hihihi.  Ku ingatkan sejam dua dalam tu adalah cafe yang bole makan berat sket, rupanya sementara berjalan dalam Petrosains tu dah 4.30pm baru sampai cafe, makanya makanlah segala roti yang ada jual kat situ- situ je.

All in all great experience la for the kids.

# Anak- anak I tak minat sangat nak baca all the facts, so any exhibition which requires them to read they'll pass by like its nothing.  Boleh lah belajar pasal forest kita, batu- batuan, tentang tenaga dan sebagainya.  I guess we all know who the sponsor for this place is, and they did a good job of remaining neutral and not all about them.

#Ada few simulators that did not work though so we were a bit frustrated cause we knew those will be the kind of things kiddos would love.  But one of the thing yang Ayesha and Mr B merasa experience is the storm simulator. I takut la konon nak masuk hahaha. Tapi sebenarnya rupanya takde apaaa. Cissss.

#You will need 2-3 hours in there.  Masa pergi tu dahla ramai budak sekolah (bau anak- anak sekolah ini alahaiii ampun kan lah Mak sebab menahan nafas ketika itu... rasanya Mak masa sekolah begitu lah kepamnye hahahaa) , kami lak tak bawa stroller. So memang berjaga- jaga takut hilang anak-anak dalam lautan manusia tu.

#Ada games yang bagus untuk brain teasing anak- anak.  Innvovative games, puzzles, memang yang ni I found very attractive for kids my age.

#Not just for kids, activities dalam ni memang sangat sesuai for adults too!!!

#Dalam ada cafe panggil 'molecule cafe'.  But that's already in the middle of your journey.  My advise is always always bring water with you especially when travelling with toddlers.  Nanti dehydrated pula.

#Tandas available, but not that clean lah.  Dan kalau anda takutkan ruang sempit, hahahaha berhati-hatilah.  Tandas nye saaaangat sempit.

#Ada play area for children.  Kalau parents nak chill sebelum teruskan perjalanan, boleh stop main dulu.  Ada lego, ada slides.  Ok lah not so bad for a pit stop.

#Ticket price was reasonable.

#Probably the only thing I hated was queuing for the 'Perjalanan Sekilas Masa' aka Dark Ride.  Tapi memang dah tulis pun, waiting time is 20 minutes.  Luckily budak- budak memang tak meragam sebab excited nak naik. Very informative ride guys, ceritakan tentang forest, minyak dan sebagainya lah.  Maaflah, saya memang ada short-term memory lost jadi tak mungkin dapat ceritakan in details.  Trip ni pun dah seminggu lamanyaa,  Hahaha.

Layan photos below ajelah ye...
